Our mission is to help you or your loved ones remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own home. We offer practical help, supporting at-home safety and fewer falls.

Respite Care
A change can be as good as a rest! Sometimes it’s just nice to talk to someone else for a change.
We can provide temporary relief for primary caregivers at home, allowing them to rest, travel, or manage personal matters while loved ones continue to be well looked after.
This can help reduce stress, burnout and improve wellbeing – as well as reduce a burgeoning to-do list.
Personal Assistance
Life is busy! We could all do with a helping hand sometimes, whether it’s catching up on old paperwork or moving it online.
We can help with anything administrative, including:
- Online applications/forms
- Online grocery shopping/purchases
- Bills / filing paperwork
- Correspondence
Post-surgery Help
Anyone who’s had surgery knows that there will be things you can’t do, or reach, for a while. We’re here to bridge that gap until you get back on your feet… literally!
Here’s how we can help:
- GP / pharmacy visits
- Medication collection / administration
- Taking care of pets, including vet visits and dog walking
- Cooking meals
- Cleaning and tidying
Shopping
Whatever you need, we can pick it up for you!
Whether it’s something you ordered for collection, new soles for old shoes or the weekly shop, let us carry the load.
We can even scout new clothes for you. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll take photos to show you, so you’re 100% happy before purchase.
Pharmacy & GP Collection
Knowing how there is often a queue and subsequent waiting time, we can collect your prescriptions from the chemist. We can also make pickups and dropoffs at your GP on your behalf.
We understand that discretion and trust are paramount when dealing with sensitive and important issues like these.
Cleaning
Let us take care of your home with our professional cleaning team.
We’ll leave you home clean and tidy – from weekly housekeeping to one-off deep cleans and everything in between!
We’ll treat your home like its our own.
Companionship
Living a solitary life is a choice many people make, but sometimes it is forced upon us through circumstance. And biology always wins out: we are by nature social animals.
So, if there are times you get lonely and could do with seeing a friendly face, we’re here for you. Perhaps for a coffee, a natter or just to bounce ideas off someone.
Chaperone
If you need a trusted companion to help with daily tasks, social outings or appointments, we can be there for you.
Through trust, familiarity and continuity, we aim to feel less like a service and more like an extended family you can rely on when needed.
But our priority is to make you feel secure, respected and comfortable at all times.
Dog Walking
We love dogs! But if your dog needs more exercise than you do, we can take the lead!
Whether it’s a quick once-around-the-block or a long walk in the park! We’ll look after your dog like we would our own. (We can also take your best friend to the vet, when needed.)
