Why I created Senior Concierge and the journey that brought me here.
The pandemic changed everything! We all had to accommodate new ways of working. But I also experienced a profound shift in purpose.
During the lockdown, I began working with people in their homes, which meant supporting them in a much more personal and meaningful way. And this revealed a clear gap in the care sector – one that combines my work today with my previous occupation.
My entire career has been defined by an uncompromising commitment to excellence in service. Having built and led a highly successful events company, followed by owning a thriving restaurant, I have spent years immersed in the world of high-end hospitality, where precision, discretion, and an intuitive understanding of people are paramount.
Throughout this journey, one principle remained constant: the ability to anticipate needs before they are spoken, and to create environments where individuals feel truly cared for. It is this philosophy that became the foundation for my transition into health and social care.
Blending clinical understanding with the finesse of hospitality is the vision that has culminated in Senior Concierge.
